    Our Grounds Cleaning service entails of basic cleaning of outdoor spaces of the service address. This will include basic trash pickup, removal of small debris, and sweeping of walkways.

    We clean a variety of property sizes. Small retail strip centers, small restaurant pads, small apartment communities, and small condo/town-home communities.

    Our Commercial Cleaning Service includes basic cleaning such as disinfecting surfaces, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and high/low dusting.

    We clean small to medium size commercial property(s). SQ footage starts at 200 and we can clean up to a max of 2,000 SQ FT of commercial space.
  • Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies and or equipment?
    Yes and no. The only cleaning supplies you will have to provide are paper products such as paper towels, toilet paper and liquids such as soap and hand sanitizer. *We provide the cleaning chemicals and use our own equipment such as brooms, dustpans, mops, and vacuum cleaners.

    We clean a variety of residential buildings. Residential buildings we clean include houses, apartments, town homes, condos, and short term rental housing.

    Our residential cleaning entails of high/low dusting, bathroom cleaning, bedroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.

    No. We provide all cleaning supplies and use our own equipment.
  • What types of frequency cleaning do you offer?
    We offer one time, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleans at this present time.
  • What is your service area?
    We currently serve the greater Bloomington/Normal Illinois area.
  • What type of payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfers)
  • What type of cleaning products do you use?
    We use cleaning products from Hygea Natural.
